Refund policy

30-day returns

Contact Crash N Bern within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Include your order number and the item you want to return. We will provide return instructions before you send it back. Custom parts are not eligible for return.

Eligible returned merchandise is refunded to the original payment method after it is received and inspected. All returns and refused deliveries incur a 20% restocking fee, as disclosed on the current Crash N Bern site, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Keep all parts, accessories, and packaging together and pack the return securely.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can resolve it. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.

For return requests, submit through the website's contact form or contact bernrepairs@gmail.com. The final refund amount and any shipping arrangements will be confirmed with you before you send the item back.
