DW400 Drop-In Pump Module for Charger, Challenger & Chrysler 300

Building a Hemi fuel system? The DeatschWerks DW400 pump module (manufacturer part 9-411-7061; store SKU DWK9-411-7061) replaces the OE pump unit while retaining the factory filter/regulator module. That distinction matters: a new, higher-flow pump does not automatically replace a tired or restricted filter module.

Why choose the DW400 module?

  • Powered by the 415 LPH DW400 pump; DeatschWerks states it supports 750+ crank HP on pump gas in a naturally aspirated application.
  • DeatschWerks states the pump module outflows the OE module by 50%.
  • Designed for OEM wiring-harness integration, with 2006–16 and 2017–21 harness compatibility listed.
  • Venturi-fed surge bucket helps maintain pickup at low tank levels and under high-G driving.
  • Includes a fuel-level sensor and 100-micron pre-filter.

Listed specifications

  • Fuel compatibility: gasoline and ethanol
  • Flow at 58 PSI: 255 LPH; rated working pressure: 58 PSI (4 bar)
  • Amperage at 58 PSI: 19.4 A
  • Low-level pickup: venturi-fed bucket

Fitment and ordering notes

Listed fitment: 2006–2021 Dodge Charger/Challenger, excluding 6.2L Hellcat; 2006–2008 Dodge Magnum; and 2006–2019 Chrysler 300C. Confirm exact vehicle and harness compatibility before ordering. For a 2021 or newer vehicle, inspect the stock fuel-pump basket under the rear seat: the existing listing specifies a white basket and says this product will not work with a tan/yellow basket.

Don't overlook the filter module

This pump upgrade retains the factory filter/regulator module. If that module is worn or restricted, it may still limit fuel delivery after a pump swap. Diagnose the fuel system rather than assuming the pump is at fault. If the filter module needs replacement, confirm the correct replacement and fitment for your vehicle before ordering.

Flow testing includes the OEM filter and regulator module. DeatschWerks module testing was performed at 13.5 V on calibrated equipment. In-module flow rates are lower than pump-alone flow because of venturi-system, check-valve, and plumbing losses.
